My name is Heather Thrall and I am a Processor/Closer at Marion Title and Escrow Company. I have always had a passion for the real estate industry with over 20 years’ experience as a loan originator. I took a leap of faith in August of 2021 and joined the Marion Title & Escrow Company team.
My position at Marion Title and Escrow is to ensure the closing process runs smoothly and efficiently for both the buyers and sellers. This involves working closely with real estate agents, lenders, and our underwriters to gather all necessary documents for a seamless transaction. I take pride in my ability to anticipate and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the closing process. I understand how stressful this process can be for our clients.
One of the things I love the most about my position is the opportunity to work for a wide range of clients and properties. Each transaction is unique, and I enjoy the challenge.
