Teri Armstrong has been in the title insurance industry since 1998, filling many roles in the industry. She started out as a receptionist, then tax searcher, then served as a licensed Title Examiner. Teri has always been gregarious, and in 2012, her then-supervisor took her aside and suggested she become a closing assistant, as her personality was suited for the role, as opposed to the quiet study of title examination. She ultimately moved into her current role of Closing & Escrow Officer in 2013.
After working with another Title Company in the area for 15+ years, and then with an attorney firm, she made the move to Marion Title & Escrow Company.
Teri has been with Marion Title since October of 2017, a time when the office was small but poised for growth. It has been an exciting journey for her to welcome new team members as the office has grown and customer relationships have flourished.
Teri believes that excellent customer service and communication are key to ensuring that all our customers and title partners have the answers they need to any questions they have in a timely and friendly manner. In going the extra mile, Marion Title strives to ensure that all closings go smoothly and timely.
